柔韧性测量方法及其欲测属性的研究

摘　　要：研究采用实验法及数理统计分析法 ,对 6 7名大学生的柔韧性和关节角度进行测量 ,并对测量方法及其欲测属性进行分析研究 ,用EXCEL2 0 0 0软件对测量数据进行统计处理。结果表明 ,一些柔韧性测量细则应进行修改。本研究使用的CYBEXEDI32 0关节角度测试仪体积小 ,操作方便 ,数据精确 。The methods of flexibility measurement and attribute of measurement are studied based on statistics analysis and experiment. 67 undergraduates serve as subjects. The result shows that some detailed rules of flexibility measurement should be revised in order to be more reasonable and accurate. It is suggested that the CYBEX EDI320 with the small volume, simple operation and accurate data should be popularized in the plan or prescription of exercise.
