对CUBA的优秀女队的技、战术水平分析

摘　　要：通过对四届CUBA联赛中进入过女 4强赛的 6支球队的技术指标的统计分析 ,并对第四届CUBA女 4强赛中 3场比赛中的攻防战术运用情况进行录像观查统计。研究表明 :CUBA的优秀球队在投篮命中率、抢断球、以及传接球等基本技术上逐年有所提高 ,但与WCBA相比较还有较大差距 ;CUBA的优秀球队普遍存在基本功不扎实、技术动作不规范 ;防守犯规多 ,防守战术缺乏攻击性与多变性 ;进攻得分的手段单一 ,快攻得分所占比例低 ,进攻的速度、节奏缺乏变化 ,进攻战术缺乏灵活性和有效性 ,总体来看技。By analyzing the technique statistics of the 6 woman teams, which entered the CUBA semifinals in 4 years, and the tactics application in the 4th CUBA Woman Semifinals from the video record, we summarize the present technique and tactics situation of outstanding woman teams in CUBA. The research suggests that although the basic skills, such as shooting, stealing and passing, are improved year by year, there is still a wide gap between the outstanding woman teams of CUBA and topnotch youth teams or WCBA teams. These CUBA teams lack sound basic skills and correct technical actions. There is too many faults, but less offensive and varied tactics in defense. In attack, they are short of means of scoring, proper proportions of points from quick attack, variation of attacking rate and rhythm and flexibility and efficiency in attack tactics. Generally speaking, technique and tactics of top CUBA woman teams still need improving.
