摘　　要：卧式安瓿生产线是制作易折曲颈安瓿的主要设备。该生产线配置上百个燃烧器和燃烧系统,担负着由玻璃管制成安瓿工艺过程中的压颈、拉丝、熔断、复切、圆口、切底、烤底、退火等工序的加热。国产和引进的燃用城市煤气的卧式安瓿机在线燃烧器堵塞不畅是突出问题。有的企业为解决燃烧器堵塞,增设煤气净化装置,费钱费时又占地。By using new developed AB series of burners it becomes possible to prevent orifices and pipes of burners from blockage by unpurifled gas. Features of this kind of burners are high flame temperature and high thermal intensity.Thus those burners are very effective on improving ampoule quality, reducing energy consumption.
