摘  要:介绍了应用试验模态分析技术测定国产某汽车动力传动系一阶弯曲振动频率时测试条件的选择、激振点与测点的布置及所采用的测试技术。对测定结果进行的分析表明,该车动力传动系悬置位置选择的不合理,对此提出了改进意见。Measurement of first-order bending vibration frequency in powertrain system of a domestic automobile by the aid of exerimental modal analysis techniques is introduced in this paper. The selection of measuring and testing conditions, the arrangement of the excitation points and measuring places, as well as the measuring and testing technigues used are all involved. The measured results show that the layout of mountings for the powertrain system was irrational and some improving suggestions are hereupon proposed.
