摘　　要：GMDSS通信业务的应用已经渗透到舰艇环球远航指挥通信和舰艇通信系统的各个方面 ,并发挥其重要作用 ,结合几次舰艇编队出访、环球远航通信的实践 ,针对国际报务员应掌握的GMDSS文件图书、AdmiraltylistofRadioSignals的如何使用 ,提高遇险、紧急报告、海盗袭击通信能力几方面进行了探索 。GMDSS application of communication service permeate through naval vessel global oceangoing voyage command communication and naval vessel communication all respects of system already,play its important role,combine several fleet visit,global oceangoing voyage practice of communication,to international GMDSS file books that radio operator should know,how about of Signals use Admiralty list of Radio,is it get into danger to raise,urgent report,pirate attack communication capacity odd explore,in order to improve the validity of international communication capacity.
