摘　　要：基于现有的电量数据采集系统 ,提出了一种电力网损管理系统的功能结构设计方案 .该系统基于Windows环境 ,采用Oracle数据库 ,在局域网上采用DCOM分布式组件技术实现 .实际应用表明 ,该系统能够及时获得电力网损和关口电量信息 。Based on the existing power data acquisition system, a scheme for configuration and function design of electric power loss management system is presented. Using the oracle database and DCOM technology, the system is implemented in the Windows and local area network environment. Practical applications show that the system can timely obtain the power loss and energy information and meet the practical reguirements.
