摘　　要：地震应急救援工作是防震减灾工作的重要组成部分 ,目的是最大限度减少因地震造成的人员伤亡和财产损失 ,保持社会稳定。工作特点是 :时效性强、协调性强、专业性强、社会要求高 ,是一项技术含量很高的行政管理工作。本文回顾总结了地震应急救援工作的进展和经验 ,简要介绍了地震应急救援工作体系的工作思路和 4个工作系统。The earthquake emergency and rescue is an important part of protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters. The work′s target is to reduce personnel casualty and loss of wealth to the maximum, keeping social stability. The work′s characteristic is time of great urgency, strong speciality and high social demand. The work is an administrative management with many technical aspects. This article reviews the developments and experiences of earthquake emergency and rescue in China. The working guideline as well as four working systems of earthquake emergency and rescue are introduced also.
