摘　　要：针对植物纤维制品所具有的环境及资源优势,在对其两类制品——餐具和缓冲包装衬垫的性能进行分析对比的基础上,重点探讨了植物纤维餐具在生产过程中应解决的卫生性能、防水防油防潮性能、强度及脆性、外观及颜色等主要工艺技术问题;并对两类制品的原材料选择及预处理、发泡工艺、防潮剂选择、热压成形4项关键工艺技术进行了探讨。Based on the resources advantages that the products of plant fibre possess and on the contrast of the characters of two kinds of products--tableware and buffer packing cushion,this paper mainly discussed the hygienic problems technological problems of dampproofing,waterproofing,grease proofing,strength,appearance and color which should be solved in the production of plant fibre tableware.It also approached such four technologies of choice of materials of the two kind products and their pretreatment,the choice of anti-blushing agent,dampproofing and shaping through heating.
