摘　　要：伞型基金是中国基金业的新兴事物,其运作机制能较好地保障基金投资者的利益。尽管伞型基金存在诸多优势,但在其内部机制和外在环境方面,伞型基金却存在着发展中的阻碍和其本身的缺陷,基金治理结构不完善,基金品种的创新空间有限。建立完善基金监管机制和科学的基金运作机制,加快金融产品创新,逐步提高上市公司的数量和质量。Newly emerging, China's umbrella-type fund can effectively maintain the investors' benefit with its efficient mechanism. Though it has many advantages, there still exist some obstavles or weaknesses in internal mehanism and external environment, which may result in the incomplete fund governing structure and limited innovation. So to enhance the quantity and quality of listed companies, it is necessary to set up complete fund mechanism and acclerate the innovation of financial products.
