摘　　要：国际商事仲裁在解决商事纠纷中扮演着举足轻重的角色,对国际商事仲裁的监督也因此而显得重要,对国际商事仲裁的司法监督应贯彻经济性的观念,因此对我国国际商事仲裁的立法、司法提出相应要求。International business arbitration acts as an important role settling business disputes. Therefore, justice supervision on international business arbitration seems more and more important. Justice supervision on international business arbitration should implement some relevant economic concepts, which gives rise to the corresponding demands upon the legislation and justice administration of international business administration in our country.
