摘  要:通过遗传测交试验表明 :甘蓝型油菜核不育系 ZWA的不育性由两对隐性重叠基因和一对上位抑制基因共同控制。当两对重叠隐性基因呈双隐性纯合体 (m1 m1 m2 m2 ) ,而另一对抑制基因的基因型为 Rf Rf或 Rfrf时 ,植株表现为不育(m1 m1 m2 m2 Rf Rf或 m1 m1 m2 m2 Rfrf) ,其相应临保系的基因型为三对隐性纯合体 (m1 m1 m2 m2 rfrf)。纯合两型系不育株(m1 m1 m2 m2 Rf Rf)与可育株 (M1 m1 m2 m2 Rf Rf或 m1 m1 M2 m2 Rf Rf)兄妹交 ,后代可育株与不育株的分离比例为 1∶ 1;可育株自交 ,其可育株与不育株比例为 3∶ 1。利用纯合两型系中 m1 m1 m2 m2 Rf Rf不育株与临保系 (m1 m1 m2 m2 rfrf)测交可获得基因型为 (m1 m1 m2 m2 Rfrf)全不育系 ,全不育系与相应恢复系 (M1 M1   或 M2 M2    )杂交可获得全可育杂交种 ,从而将隐型核不育系 ZWA的三系杂交种应用于生产。The results of genetic crossing tests were shown that the sterile of the recessive genic male line ZWA was controlled by two pairs of recessive duplicate genes and one pair of recessive epistatic gene, which possesses restorer resources and can be elected excellent hybrid. The ratio of fertility segregation is stable 1∶1 and 3∶1 by the plants sterile crossed with the fertile plants and fertile plants self crossed respectively were found in the double two-type line ZWA. The plants in which the genotype were m 1m 1m 2m 2RfRf and m 1m 1m 2m 2Rfrf were sterile. The genotype of the temporary maintainer line was m 1m 1m 2m 2rfrf. The genotype restorer line were M 1M 1 and M 2M 2 . Used this model, hybrid seeds can be produced. Thus three lines hybrid seeds of recessive genic male line ZWA will be used in rapeseed production.
