摘  要:用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对韭菜、大葱和洋葱三种蔬菜不同品种的种子醇溶蛋白进行了系统分析 ,发现此方法具有高度的分辨力和稳定性。韭菜、大葱和洋葱种子醇溶蛋白存在丰富的多态性 ,它们的电泳图谱均具有其鲜明特征 ,构成它们各自独特的“指纹”;洋葱与大葱同源性强 ;韭菜具休眠特性的品种和无休眠特性的品种主要区别在 Rf0 .10、 0 .39两条特征带上 ;洋葱长日型与短日型品种主要区别在 Rf 0 .15、 0 .17两条特征带上。韭菜、大葱田间品种纯度鉴定结果与电泳鉴定结果显著相关。Systematic analysis of seed gliadin of bulb crops including chives, Welsh onion and onion was carried out by improved polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, a method with high resolving power, good reproducibility and stability. Results show that seed gliadins of bulb crops exist in plenty of polymorphism. Each variety of bulb crops has its own unique band pattern. Compare with their fingerprints, it can be seen that Welsh onion has closer affinity with onion. The main different bands between dormant and non-dormant types of chives were Rf0.10 and Rf0.39, the long-day type and short-day type of onion can be clearly distinguished by special spectrums which is respectively the Rf0.15 and Rf0.17. The results of field seed purity test are significantly correlated to that of electrophoretic test in statistics.
