摘 要:对四种作物中的九个品种进行快速变温与缓慢变温发芽试验处理。结果表明 ,采用缓慢变温处理 ,种子发芽率比快速变温略高或无明显差异 ,但幼苗高度 (根茎总长 )明显提高 ,苏油 1号差异达极显著水平 ,武育粳 3号、武运粳 7号、皖麦 19号、生选 3号、汇油 5 0号和白三叶 6个品种差异达显著水平 ,而且大多数品种在缓慢变温下幼苗生长较快速变温整齐。Germination percentages were compared under quick change and slow change in temperature with nine varieties seeds of four crop species. The result indicated that the germination percentages of slow change in temperature were slightly higher than that of quick change in temperature or there weren't obvious difference between the two treatments. However the height of seedling (or the total length of both root and shoot ) in slow change temperature were significantly higher than that in quick change temperature, such as the difference of SuYou1 was highly significant, the differences of WuYujing3, WuYunjing7, WanMai19, ShengXuan3, HuiYou50 and BaiSanye were significant, further more, the seedlings of most varieties grew more tidily in slow change temperature than that in quick change temperature.
