摘  要:分析研究了旋风分离器流场中涡核非稳现象—旋进涡核的成因 ,并得出了处于锥体中下部的旋进涡核在排尘口处的摆动最为强烈 ,并具有一定的频率和幅值 ,从而造成粉尘的夹带返混 ,致使分离器效率降低的结论 ,最后提出了改善这一状态 。Effect and formation of an instable vortex core phenomenon-precession vortex core(PVC) in the flow field of cyclone separators was studied.The experiment shows that the swing of the vortex core situated at the middle-low section of the cone of the separator must be the most strong at the dust discharge port and has a certain frequency and amplitude value under some operating parameters,and this must induce the re-entrainment of dust and lower the efficiency of the cyclone separators.Suggestion on improving the situation and raising the efficiency of the cyclone separators are discussed in the end of the paper.
