摘　　要：简要介绍 2 7SiMn支护管零保温调质热处理 ,对冷拔管中频调质热处理的要求做了分析 ,并着重分析了其生产线和技术参数 ,对于在使用冷拔管生产支护产品的过程中 。We introduced the hot treat methods of 27SiMn hydraulic props tubles zero heat preservation in this report.We also analyzed the requirements desired by the cold drawn steel tubles intermediate frequency hot treatment,analysed emphasizly its production line and technology.This would be of great economical sense in the usage and production of the cold drawn steel tubles and the generalization of intermediate frequency production line.
