摘　　要：针对目前齿轮加工中只讨论齿形加工精度问题 ,不涉及整个齿轮加工质量的现状 ,分析了齿轮加工中去毛刺、倒棱和加工轮齿齿廓曲面的整个过程 ,讨论了去毛刺、倒棱的方法和所用的刀具 ,提出了展成拉齿法及其切刀盘。这样可以成功地解决圆柱齿轮加工的精细化问题 。This paper analyzes the whole process of clear away burr,chamfered edge and cut tooth lateral in cutting spur gear,discusses the method of clear away burr and chamfered edge,and the cutting tool,puts forward innovatively an new method-generating tooth-broaching method,which can solve the precise problems in cutting spur gear,and ensure high-productivity and high accuracy requirement.
