摘　　要：目前 ,汕头在全国城市中的地位下降 ,竞争能力喜忧参半 ,应当针对汕头经济发展的特点 ,着重解决汕头经济发展中经济发展战略、行政体制改革、经济发展模式等问题 ,优化社会环境和投资环境 ,提高开放程度 ,只有这样 。Shantou's competence among China's cities has been lowered in recent years,and its current competitive capabilities still show no satisfacory prospects.On the basis of positive and comparative study,the author suggests,in order to construct Shantou into an economically strong city,some main problems, such as economic development strategy,development mode,and government administrative system,should first be resolved in consideration of local economic situation and local characteristics.Secondly,social cultural environment and investment environment to be optimized in the spirit of openness.
