摘　　要：乳业是内蒙古的传统优势产业 ,在内蒙古国民经济中占有极其重要的地位 ,对地方经济的发展起到了极大的推动作用。内蒙古乳业有优势 ,也有劣势 ,要抓住机会发展自己。对目前全国乳业行业环境和内蒙古乳业竞争力做出分析 ,在竞争战略选择上 ,应根据企业的竞争地位、规模大小选择差别化。Dairy industry is a traditional industry of Inner Mongolia,moreover it stands a very significant position in Inner Mongolia national economy and promoting the regional economy to make a big progress.Inner Mongolia dairy industrial have both superiority and inferiority,it needs to catch chance to develop itself.According to the environmental analysis of dairy industry and competitiveness of Inner Mongolia dairy industrial ,consider the choice of competitive strategy,it needs to use different basic strategies,according to the enterprise's competitive positon and scale.
