摘　　要：论述我国通过政府信息立法保障知情权的重要社会意义,并且对与政府信息公开立法有关的问题进行探讨。In the modern society, the right-to-know is an essential factor for a citizen to engage in politics, economy, culture and individual life. And it is a premise for a citizen to possess the right and implement the duty. In this article, the author tries to argue the guarantee condition of the right-to-know all over the world and the social importance that the government information legislation for guaranteeing the right-to-know is passed in China .The author also tries to inquire into the relevant problems of government information public legislation slightly.
