摘　　要：很多国家的发展历程都证明,维系警民关系的关键是诚信。只有双方以诚相待,才能构建和谐的互动关系。取信于民也是我国社区警务建设的首要目标。Reform in policing lets us pay more attention to the relations between police and public. Proved by the process of policing development in many countries, the key of maintains the relation is mutual credibility. There is no doubt that the establishment of harmonious relations founded upon mutual understanding, respect and trust. Increasing levels of public confidence is also top priority for community policing in China, especially in current time.
