摘　　要：对于大型复杂项目 ,开发费用是总体费用的一个重要组成部分 .近年来 ,开发费用的估算日益受到重视 .在总结了现有的开发费用估算模型 ,并对这些模型进行了比较与讨论 .在对开发费用的 Weibul分布曲线进行分析和研究后 ,针对开发费用的 Weibul分布曲线拟合的局限 ,提出了开发费用的 Weibul分布累积曲线拟合模型 ,给出了模型使用的条什 .最后 。Development cost is a very important component of the total cost for large complex systems. Development cost estimation attracts more and more public attention in recent years. This article makes a comparison and comment on the different development cost estimation models. On the basis of the analysis and study of the Weibul distribution curves of development cost and its limitations of fitting, the paper suggests the Weibul distribution accumulative curve fitting model and the conditions of its application. Finally, one example of model analysis are given.
