白额巨蟹蛛对红头丽蝇捕食行为的初步观察

摘　　要：本文首次报道了在实验条件 (温度 1 9～ 2 3℃、相对湿度 80 % )下白额巨蟹蛛对红头丽蝇的捕食行为和捕食功能反应的初步观察结果 ,并用 Holling- 型功能反应模型进行拟合 ,白额巨蟹蛛捕食红头丽蝇的功能反应直线回归方程为 :NA=1 .0 0 3 1 N / ( 1 + 0 .0 62 6N )。本研究结果 ,可以为蜘蛛控制卫生害虫提供理论依据。The spider Heteropoda venatoria preyed on fly Calliphora vomitoria . This paper reported result of the first study on predation and the predatorial functional response in the lab..The temperature was controlled at 19 23 ℃ and opposite humidity is 80%. The functional response of spiders Heteropoda venatoria on flies Calliphora vomitoria wes the Holling Ⅱtype,which can be described by Holling's disc equation: N a=1 0031 N /(1+0 0626 N ). This result can afford theoretic basis for the spiders to control hygeian pests.
