摘  要:采用工频方波交流电源和相应自制设备研究了焊接工艺参数对穿孔熔池动态稳定性的影响规律。结果表明:间隙对穿孔熔池动态稳定存在影响较大。焊接电流一定范围内变化对穿孔熔池动态稳定性影响较小。虽然离子气流量的变化对穿孔熔池的孔径影响较小,但对熔池金属的流动性和焊缝成形影响较大。正确送丝可提高穿孔熔池动态稳定性。上述规律为铝台金方波交流等离子弧立焊过程焊接质量控制提供了依据。The influences of welding parameters on the dynamic stability of the keyholing puddle have been studied in this paper by the SYNCROWAVE-300(s) A. C. welding power source and the self-developed auxiliary devices. The results show that the influence of the gap on the stability of the keyholing puddle is apparent, while the welding curent to some extent has small effect. The variation of the plasma gas flow can heavily influence the fluidity of the puddle metal and the weld formation though the diameter of the keyhole is hardly changed. The appropriate wire feed can improve the stability of keyholing puddle. These laws provide a hasis for quality control of aluminum alloy vertical-up PAW.
