摘  要:对两个品种的花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)萌发种子(萌发3 d)和幼苗(萌发5 d)的多胺氧化酶(Polyamine oxidase,PAO)活性的分布特点进行了分析。结果表明,花生萌发种子的PAO活性主要分布在胚根,其次是子叶;幼苗中PAO活性主要分布在胚轴和根,其次是初生叶,子叶的PAO活性最低。另外,萌发率高的花生粤油79品种萌发种子各部位的PAO活性均高于萌发率低的湛秋48品种,显示PAO活性的高低与种子活力水平相关。Distribution of polyamine oxidase(PAO,EC 1.4.3.4)activity in seeds and seedlings of two peanut cultivars (Arachis hypogaea L. cv Yueyou 79 and Zhanqiu 48) was studied. In the seeds (germinating for 3d) of both peanut cultivars, the distribution of PAO activity was as follows: radicle > embryonic axes > plumula> cotyledons. In the seedlings (germinating for 5 d) of both peanut cultivars, the distribution of PAO activity was as follows: embryonic axes > roots > primary leaves (containing the shoot apex) > cotyledons. In addition, the seed germination rate of Yueyou 79 was higher than that of Zhanqiu 48, and PAO activities in all above parts of seedilings of Yueyou 79 were also higher than those of Zhanqiu 48. It suggested the seed vigor could be closely related to the PAO activity.
