摘　　要：玉香A是利用优质常规稻晚香 10号与玉米稻杂交的F4 中的优良单株与金 2 3A杂交 ,经 7代回交育成的一个新的优质香稻不育系 ,于 2 0 0 3年 2月通过湖南省品种审定。玉香A属中熟早籼类型 ,株型紧凑 ,茎秆粗壮 ,叶鞘、稃尖均无色 ;不育性稳定 ,群体不育株率 10 0 % ,花粉不育度 99.99% ,套袋自交结实率为 0 .0 2 5 % ;品质性状好 ,米粒香味纯正 ;开花习性好 ,易于繁殖制种 ;配合力强 ,利用该不育系已选配出农平 3 0 2、农平 2 0 2等优质高产新组合。Yuxiang A is a new aromatic CMS line with fine grain quality in rice. It is developed from the cross between Jin 23A and the selected elite single plants of the F 4 generation of the cross Wanxiang 10 (an elite inbred rice variety with aroma)/Corn Rice and its successive backcrosses for seven times. It was certified by Hunan Crop Variety Release Committee in February, 2003. Yuxiang A belongs to early indica rice with medium maturity. It has a comparatively compact plant type with thick culm, colorless leaf sheath and glume tip. Its male sterility is complete and stable with 100% of male sterile plants, 99.99% of pollen sterility and 0.025% of bagged selfed seed-setting rate. Its grain quality is good and its grains are aromatic. It has good flowering habits, so it is easy to conduct its CMS line multiplication and hybrid seed production. Furthermore, it has a good combining ability and some of its new combinations with both high yield and good grain quality such as Nongping 302 and Nongping 202 have been developed and evaluated in trials.
