草本威灵仙的组织培养与快速繁殖

摘　　要：用种子切段作外植体 ,建立了草本威灵仙的组织培养和再生体系。试验结果表明 :草本威灵仙种子切段诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS +6 BA 3mg·L-1+NAA 0 3mg·L-1,诱导率达 86 7% ;附加 6 BA 2mg·L-1+NAA 0 2mg·L-1的MS培养基有利于芽的分化和增殖 ,培养 6 0d左右 ,每个外植体分化形成的再生小植株数达到 12～ 18个 ;在 1/ 2MS +IBA 0 5mg·L-1的培养基中生根效果最好。The explants from seed segments of Veronicastrum sibiricum (L.)Pennell were used to establish culture in vitro and regeneration system.The experiments showed that the best medium for callus induction from seed segments was MS with 3 mg·L -1 6 BA and 0 3 mg·L -1 NAA.The medium supplemented with 2 mg·L -1 6 BA and 0 2 mg·L -1 NAA was favorable to the differentiation and proliferation of buds,and each explant regenerated 12-18 plantlets about 60 days.The growth of roots was best on 1/2 MS medium with supplement of IBA 0 5 mg·L -1 .
