摘  要:‘阎良相枣’为优良制干枣晚熟新品种。果实中等大小 ,扁圆形 ,平均单果质量 9 5g ,最大果 15 g ,平均单核 0 4g ,鲜枣可食率 96 % ,可溶性糖 2 9 2 % ,有机酸 0 31%。果皮赭红色 ,韧性强 ,极抗裂 ,适宜制干 ,制干率 4 6 %。制干后 ,干枣果肉饱满 ,富有弹性 ,果面光亮。适宜年均气温 11~ 13℃、降雨量 5 5 0~ 6 5 0mm的北方地区栽培 。Yanliang Xiangzao', a new dried jujube variety with late ripening, selected from Lintong Chizao jujube orchards in Yanliang District, Xian. The fruit is oblate shape, red black colour, and middle large, the average fruit mass is 9 5 g, maximum fruit mass is 15 0 g, the average core mass is 0 4 g. It ripens in early middle October in Yanliang. The fruit is uniform, attractive, good quality fruit, applicable to dry, and it has 46% of the dried rate. The fresh fruit has a middle thick peel with high toughness and crack resistance. The dried jujube with plump fruit has a good elasticity and highlight color. Its cultivated region is in north China with 11 0-13 0℃ of the annual average temperature and 550-650 mm of the annual rainfall.
