摘　　要：信息时代使人们步入学习型社会的构想成为现实,从而对于高等学校的教育理念、教学方式、教育技术、教学管理等方面提出了新的要求。由此,构建一个网络化、数字化、智能化的具有广泛开放性的新型教育,构建一个充满学习和研究氛围的信息化校园则成为必然;确定新的知识观、人才观,以信息技术为工具,实现教育技术创新,形成完善、准确、有效的教学管理系统,成为创新教育的基本保证。With the entry into study-type society, the information age has raised more new requirements for colleges and universities including educational value, forms of teaching, educational technology, teaching administration, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to build a digital-network campus with high-AI, open education, favorable for studying. Also fixing a new view of knowledge and talents, utilizing IT tools, undertaking educational innovation in technology and forming a sound, precise and effective educational management system--these become the basic demands for innovative education.
