摘  要:无皂乳液聚合法合成了粒径分布窄的甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA) 丙烯酸乙酯 (EA) 丙烯酸 (AA)三元共聚胶乳 ,用电导滴定法测定了羧基在胶乳中的分布 ,研究了聚合工艺及m(MMA) /m(EA)比对聚合反应和乳胶粒特性的影响。结果表明 ,随着聚合温度的升高 ,转化率升高 ,胶粒粒径 (Dp)减小 ,表面羧基含量 (Sa)和表面羧基密度 (Sd)增大 ,包埋羧基含量 (Ea)减小 ;随着搅拌速率的升高 ,转化率有减小趋势 ,Dp增大 ,Sa、Sd和Ea减小 ,水相羧基含量 (Fa)增大 ;随着m (MMA) /m (EA)比的减小 ,Sa和Sd增大 ,Ea减小。聚合温度为80℃ ,搅拌速率为 30 0r/min且m (MMA) /m(EA) =19时 ,所得胶乳转化率为 97 5 1% ,Dp为 30 6nm且粒径分布均一 ,Sd为 1 0 1× 10 15个 /cm2 。Soap-free emulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA), ethyl acrylate(EA) and acrylic acid(AA) has been carried out. The effects of technology and the mass ratio of MMA to EA on the polymerization and latex properties were investigated. The distribution of —COOH in the latex was determined by conductometric titration. The results showed that the monomer conversion and the amount(S a) and density(S d) of surface —COOH increased, and particle diameter(D p) and the amount of embedded —COOH(E a) decreased with the increase of temperature. With stirring rate being increased, the monomer conversion, S a, E a and S d decreased, and D p and F a(amount of —COOH in water phase) increased; S a and S d increased and E a decreased with m(MMA)/m(EA) decreased. When polymerization was carried out at 80 ℃, 300 r/min and m(MMA)/m(EA) was 19, the properties of resulted latex was best: monomer conversion was 97.51%, D p was 306 nm and in the narrowest distribution, the S d was 1.01×10 15/cm 2.
