摘　　要：中山陵修建过程中,围绕征地问题展开的一系列交涉,反映了国民党人改造国家的努力与地方社会、民间利益之间的冲突和调适,从微观上见证了这一时期国家与社会、中央与地方权益关系的变迁。During the building of Sun Yat-sen's mausoleum, a lot of negotiations about land requisition were carried on, which reflected the conflicts and mediations between Kuomintang's efforts to renew the nation and the interests of local communities and people. They also microcosmically witnessed the changes of relationship between state and society as well as the central and the local interests during this period.
