摘　　要：犯罪心理测试技术,俗称测谎技术。有人称其为是对“精神的刑讯逼供”,对其全盘否定;另外一种言论又称其为“测谎仪横空出世,警方办案如虎添翼”,对其全盘肯定。它具有雄厚的理论基础,而且形成了自己的规范操作规程,当然也有其局限性,但可以通过立法加以限制,目前我国急需建立具有中国特色的犯罪心理测试立法规定。There was a drastic about polygraph technology (In criminal procedure,it is called identification technology of psycholgical trace of criminal).Some did not acknowledge its technological principle as well as manipulation rulesmand overstate its limitation,while other people considered it could substitute everything and exaggerated its effciency.Identification technology of psychological trace of criminal had solid basis of science principle and bad formed a senes of standard manipulation rules.At the same,it had its limitation.however,this technology can bring about revolutionary advantages and changes to criminal procedure from ten respects if we treat it objectively. Now,its lawful evidence position has not been established basically in domestic.we should make our national law of it.
