大枣对杜仲风味修饰与功效增强作用的研究

摘　　要：通过大枣与杜仲配伍的研究,发现大枣对杜仲有风味修饰和增强杜仲功效的作用,两者配伍后,不仅具有杜仲补肝肾的功能,还具有大枣补脾胃的作用,达到了既补肝肾、又调脾胃的特异效果。The compatibility of medicine of two Chinese traditional herbs,Eucommia ulmoides and Zizyphus was studied,and it was found that Zizyphus embed the bitter taste and improved the restorative function of Eucommia ulmoides when their extract were compound.The compound extract not only take on Eucommia ulmoides' restorative function to liver and kidney,but also Sisyphus' to spleen and stomach,and which made the compound fantastic restorative function to liver,kidney,spleen and stomach at the same time.
