摘 要:研究了稀土蓝绿色荧光粉Sr4-x1-x2Bx1Eux2Al14O25(B=Ca、Sr、Ba,以下简称SBEA)的制备工艺,考察了助熔剂NH4Cl,BaCl2,H3BO3(比例为1.19∶1.00∶1.10)的用量、作为Al源的Al2O3晶型以及灼烧和冷却条件对SBEA荧光体发光亮度的影响.实验结果表明:当助熔剂用量(以每摩尔Al加入的摩尔量计)为0.0155molNH4Cl,0.0130molBaCl2,0.0143molH3BO3,Al2O3为δ-Al2O3晶型,灼烧温度为1400℃,灼烧时间为30min和在1000℃高温出炉冷却的条件下,SBEA的发光亮度最大.A technology of preparing the rare earth blue-green phosphor Sr_(4-x1-x2)B_(x1)Eu_(x2)Al_(14)O_(25) (called SBEA for short ) are researched.The influences of flux quantities, crystalline type of Al_2O_3 (as Al source of phosphor),calcining heat,calcining time and cooling condition on the SBEA luminance are examined.When the flux quantities (counted in per mol Al) are 0.0155 mol NH_4Cl,0.0130 mol BaCl_2 and 0.0143 mol H_3BO_3,Al_2O_3 being δ-Al_2O_3,the calcining heat is 1 400 ℃,the calcining time is 30 minutes,and the SBEA is cooled quickly beginning from 1000 ℃,the rare earth blue-green phosphor has the best luminance.
