小城镇生态园区建设的成长路径研究——以杭州市西湖区转塘镇为例  

Study of Developing Route of Constructing Ecological Zones in Small Cities——Taking Xihu District Zhuantang Town in Hangzhou As an Example

摘　　要：以杭州市西湖区转塘镇为例 ,通过调查研究 ,提出了小城镇生态园区建设要以生态中心主义与新城市主义为规划原则 ,以生态小城镇为终极目标。转塘镇产业园区建设要走生态中心主义道路 ,强调绿色生产、绿色经营与绿色消费 ;大力发展人本化的商业服务业、休闲旅游业与生态交通 ;住宅建设要强化地域文化性与生态性的有机结合 ;生态教育园区应根据地域特点建设望江山的白鹭园与石龙山的水泥厂博物馆。通过科学的规划与建设 ,将转塘镇真正建成“生态转塘”、“休闲转塘”、“富裕转塘”与“教育转塘”。Taking Xihu district Zhuantang town as an example, it is proposed that eco centralism and neo city as programming principles in the construction of ecological zones in small cities. The construction of the industrial zone in Zhuantang town should follow eco centralism that stresses green production, green management and green consumption, so that human centered commercial service, traveling service and transportation with ecological awareness is supposed to be developed. As for the construction of housing, regional culture and ecological awareness should be considered at the same time. By scientific programming and construction, Zhuantang town will be built as 'eco Zhuantang', 'leisure Zhuantang','rich Zhuantang' and 'educational Zhuantang'.
