摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展,各国政府正积极推行电子政务系统,如何保证政府电子政务的安全性成为实施电子政务必须首先要解决的问题。本文主要讨论了基于公开密钥的身份认证机制,提出了双向身份认证与电子钥匙Ekey的设计方案,并给出了具体实现。实际应用证明该设计方案可为电子政务系统提供可靠的安全保障。With the development of network technology, many countries are actively developing eGovernance system, while how to ensure the security of eGovernance is the first problem to be solved. This paper discusses the authentication of identity based on the public key encryption mechanism, and puts forward the designs of double_ side authentication and electronic key. The application has been proved that the scheme can provide reliable security for eGovernance system.
