贫电子环丙烷衍生物与苯硫酚的反应研究(英文)

摘　　要：顺 1 乙酰基 2 对位取代苯基 6 ,6 二甲基 5 ,7 二氧 螺 [2 ,5 ] 4 ,8 辛二酮 (1a～ 1d)与苯硫酚 (2 )在封管中 10 0℃反应得 β 乙酰基 γ 苯硫基 γ 对位取代苯基丁酸苯硫酯 (3a～ 3d) ,当反应物为 1a时 ,还同时得到α 苯硫羰基 β 乙酰基 γ 对甲苯基 γ 丁酸内酯 (4 )。Cis-1-acetyl-2-p-substitutedphenyl-6,6-dimethyl-5,7-dioxa-spiro--4,8-octadiones(1a～1d) reacted with thiophenol(2) in a sealed tube at 100℃ to give phenyl β-acetyl-γ-phenylthio-γ-p-substituted-phenyl-butyrothioates(3a～3d), while 1a as the reactant, α-carbophenylthio-β- acetyl-γ-p-methyl- phenylbutyro-γ-lactone(4) was also obtained.
