摘　　要：以苄胺为原料 ,经 6步反应得到新型抗高血压药OPC 2 12 6 8的中间体 3,4 二氢 1 (4 哌啶基 ) 2 (1H) 喹啉酮 ,总收率 13.9%The intermediate of new anti-hypertension drug OPC-21268, 3,4-dihydro-1-(4-piperidyl)-2(1H)-quinolinone, was synthesized from benzyl amine through six steps. The total yield is 13.9%.
