复方桉叶油素缓释驱避剂的研制

摘　　要：目的　研制高效驱避剂。方法　在实验室筛选最佳配方 ,然后在野外进行效果评价。结果　涂擦复方桉叶油素缓释驱避剂后 ,在 1 4h内对蚊的驱避率为 1 0 0 % ;1 0h内对蠓的驱避率为 1 0 0 % ,1 1h后为92 .8% ,1 4h后为 82 .6 %。Objective To develop the high efficient repellent. Methods Selecting optimal repellent formula in laboratory ,and evaluating repelling effect in fields. Results After spreading the repellent of muti formula cineol on skin, the repelling rate against mosquitoes was 100% within 14 hours, and that against midges was 100% within 10 hours. The repelling rate against midges was 92.8% after eleven hours , and 82.6% after fourteen hours. Conclusion The slow released repellent of multi formula cineol had good effect on repelling blood sucking insects.
