摘 要:目的 :观察 8Hz、130dB的次声对大鼠血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法 :用 8Hz、131dB的次声连续作用大鼠 1,7,14 ,2 1,2 8d ,每天 2h ,测定大鼠血浆ET 1、NO的含量变化及VEGF表达的改变。结果 :大鼠血浆ET 1含量在暴露期间均明显升高 ,7d时升高最多 ,14d时升高最少 ,2 1,2 8d时较 14d时有所升高 ;次声暴露 1,7d ,大鼠血浆NO含量降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,14d时最低 ,至 2 1,2 8d时恢复正常 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;在次声暴露期 ,VEGF表达增强 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :次声可引起大鼠血浆ET 1、NO含量变化及血管内皮VEGF表达改变 ,致使血管内皮功能改变 。Objective: To observe the effects of infrasound on vascular endothelial cells of rats. Methods:The rats were exposed to infrasound for 1 d,7 d,14 d,21 d,and 28 d, respectively, 2 h daily, then the plasma contents of ET-1,NO and VEGF were measured after exposure. Results: After exposure to infrasound, the NO levels in plasma significantly declined in 7 d and 14 d groups(P< 0.01), then 1, 21 and 28 d groups resumed normal(P>0.05).The ET-1 levels in plasma of all groups were significantly increased(P<0.01), most marked in 7 d group, least in 14 d group. Compared with the control group, expression of VEGF in treated groups was significantly increased. Conclusions: Infrasound can induce the changes of ET-1 and NO in rats plasma, increase the expression of VEGF in vascular endothelium and affect the vascular endothelial function. These changes depend on the pressure and exposure time of infrasound.
