摘　　要：目的 :研究安家宝油的镇痛、抗炎、止痒作用。方法 :采用温浴甩尾法和扭体法镇痛试验、毛细血管通透性试验、组胺致瘙痒等药理模型。结果 :安家宝油能明显延长温浴法试验小鼠的疼痛反应潜伏期 ,明显抑制小鼠扭体反应 ,显著对抗组胺所致的豚鼠瘙痒和醋酸引起的大鼠毛细血管通透性增加。结论 :安家宝油具有镇痛、止痒及抗渗出作用。Objective: To study the main pharmarcological effects of Anjiabao Oil (AO). Methods: analgesic test with water bath, writhes induced by acetic acid, tickling induced by histamine and capillary permeability increase tests were applied. Results: AO obviously prolonged the latent period of pain in mice,inhibited writhes induced by acetic acid in mice and tickling induced by histamine in guinea pigs,it also inhibited the increase of capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in rats. Conclusion: AO has obvious effects of analgesia, anti tickling and anti exudation.
