摘  要:目的 :观察脑力智宝对D 半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠的影响。方法 :以D 半乳糖制备亚急性衰老小鼠模型 ,测定脑中脂褐素、ATPase活性及皮肤羟脯氨酸含量 ;并进行脑病理组织学检查。结果 :脑力智宝可明显降低脂褐素的含量 ,升高羟脯氨酸的含量 ,改善脑能量代谢 ,改善蛋白质的结构组成 ,改善D 半乳糖所引起的神经元变性等病理组织学改变。结论 :脑力智宝具有明显的抗衰老作用。Objective: To observe the effects of NLZB on D galactose induced aging mice. Methods: D galactose was given sc 5% 0.5ml, once a day for 7 weeks. The activity of ATPase and the content of lipofuscin、hydroproline were measured. The change of histopathology were observed. Results: The levels of lipofuscin was increased, the activity of ATPase and content of hydroproline was decreased after D galactose treatment. However, NLZB 3g/kg or 6g/kg and nimodipine 16mg/kg po the activity of ATPase and hydroproline content were increased, The levels of lipofuscin was attenuated. NLZB could reduce undissoluble protein contenct, increased dissoulble protein content. Conclusions: These suggested that NLZB can effectively improve the free radical metabolism of senile body and possess the capability of stabilizing membranous structure and increase dissoluble protein synthesis. The results provide the experimental evidence for use of NLZB for preventing toxicity of oxidant stress involving in neurodegenerative diseases and dementia.
