摘　　要：通过对现行防火技术规范住宅建筑设计应用中存在的一些问题的分析 ,提出了相应的解决办法 ,以期加快住宅设计性能化的研究。After studing the problem existing in the application of the present technical code for preventing fire in the design of residence building, from the realistic direction, the text points out the corresponding measures,calls on to strengthen the fundamental research.
