摘　　要：从分析化学救援防护现状入手 ,运用系统的论点阐述了化学救援防护工作涉及的各个环节 ,进而提出以防护器材装备科研院所、生产厂家、救援单位、专家组及政府相关部门为要素构建起化学救援防护体系 ,并就这一体系的运作及其效能的实现作了探讨。The paper briefly analyzes the present situation of protecting work on chemical rescue.In light of the theory of system,it explains different aspects of the protecting work,and puts forward a protective system of chemical rescue consisting of scientific institutions,equipment manufacturers,rescue teams,expert groups and correlative departments of the government,with the emphasis on the operation and rfficiency of the protective system.
