摘　　要：缩微计量光栅传感器是一种新型光栅传感器,它具有体积小、成本低、使用简单、稳定可靠的特点,除了用于传统工业测量和控制外,还可以应用在高精度鼠标、计价秤、智能玩具等新产品上。该成果已获国家专利(ZL98118174.0).本文介绍了该传感器的结构、工作原理、参数指标以及应用方法。The Microfilm Grating Sensor is a new kind of grating sensor .It is used easily, and possesses following advantages: small cubage, high stability and low costs. It can be used not only in traditional industry measurement and control but also new products, such as, the high-grade precision mouse, the price scales ,the intelligent toy and so on. The structure , parameters, working principle and usage of the sensor are introduced in this paper.
