野战环境腹腔海水浸泡伤战地救治模式探讨

摘　　要：目的:确定野战环境腹腔海水浸泡伤战地救治的模式。方法:杂种犬8只,建立野战环境腹腔海水浸泡的动物模型,按确定程序对伤后犬进行战地救治。结果:实验动物长期存活5只。结论:按照迅速脱离海水环境→初步清创→适当补液→包扎后送→进一步清创程序,对腹腔海水浸泡伤进行战地救治是可行的。Objective To explore the mode of treatment of the celiac seawater immersion wound in the field. Methods Eight dogs were used in the experiment. The model of celiac seawater immersion wound was established in the dogs in the mock field environment, where the dogs with celiac seawater immersion wound were treated according to the designed schedule. Results Of 8 dogs with celiac sea-water immersion wound,5 survived for long time and 3 died. Conclusion It is feasible for treatment of celiac seawater immersion wound in the field to make the wounded quickly leave seawater, preliminarily debride the wound, properly suplement body fluid, dress the wound, evacuate the wounded and further debride the wound.
