摘  要:目的 :研究甜菜碱对小鼠高脂血症和脂肪肝的预防作用。方法 :昆明种小鼠分为 :正常组、高脂组、脂必妥药物对照组和甜菜碱组。喂养 6周后 ,酶法测定血清总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇脂 (HDL C)、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)活力 ,微量荧光法测定肝脏匀浆液的丙二醛 (Malondialdehyde ,MDA)含量并观察肝脏冰冻切片脂肪染色。 结果 :甜菜碱使高脂血症小鼠血清TC ,ALT和AST值显著降低 ,HDL C/TC比值明显升高 ,并降低了肝脏组织中MDA含量。肝脏冰冻切片的脂肪染色显示甜菜碱明显减少了肝脏中脂肪的堆积。结论 :甜菜碱能明显降低高脂血症小鼠的血脂水平 。Objective: To investigate the prevention effect of betaine on hyperlipidemia and fatty liver in mice.Method: 40 Kunming mice were divided into 4 groups randomly: controlled group(N)、high lipid group(L)、Zhibituo group(L+Z) and Betaine group(L+B). The levels of TC,HDL C,LDL C+VLDL C,ALT and AST in serum, the dyed frozen section of hepatic tissues for microscope and the contents of MDA in livers were determined in all groups After 6 weeks.Results: Compared with group L, the a declines of TC,ALT,AST in serum and MDA,lipid in livers were found in group L+B, the ratio of HDL C to TC increased in serum.Conclusion: The results showed that betaine had a prominent effect in decreasing blood lipid and relieving fatty liver.
