摘　　要：本文首先回顾了电信运营支撑系统(OSS)的概念,指出OSS建设和规划的重要性及规律,并深入分析OSS的现状和问题,以及网络新技术给OSS带来的影响,提出OSS发展的总目标和演进原则,并指出在目前环境下进行OSS研究和建设的有效切入点。Firstly, the concept of telecom OSS is reviewed in paper, and the importance of OSS building and planning is emphasized. Then authors deeply analyze the actualities and problems of current OSS, and the new technologies influence to OSS. Objectives and principles of OSS evolution, and how to develop current OSS effectively are lastly concluded in paper.
