摘  要:在清华大学试验电厂开展了常温半干法循环流化床烟气脱硫技术的工程示范研究。示范装置的设计处理烟气量为20,000Nm3/h。脱硫塔内部采用了特殊的结构,以实现物料的内循环。针对影响脱硫效率的主要因素,如反应塔出口烟气温度与绝热饱和露点的温度差(ASAT),钙硫比,床内物料浓度,以及CaCl2添加剂等,进行了一系列的试验。试验表明,当钙硫比为1.3,ASAT为7℃时,脱硫效率可以达到85%;在同样条件下,在石灰浆中添加少量的CaCl2,脱硫效率可达到90%。同时,对系统脱硫过程进行理论分析,提出增加脱硫离子反应时间的方法。The experimental research on the CFB-FGD of semi-dry process in ambient temperature were conducted in a demo plant of Tsinghua university. The designed flow rate of flue gas treated by the CFB-FGD demo plant was 20,000Nm^3/h. In order to achieve the internal circulation of solid particles, special structure was adopted within the absorber of the CFB-FGD.A series of experiments were carried out to investigate the influence of basic operating parameters such as approach-to-saturation temperature (ASAT), Ca/S ratio, solids concentration in the absorber, CaCl2 additive on the sulfur capture. The experimental dates show: under the conditions of the Ca/S range of 1.3 and the ASAT range of 7℃ the SO2 removal efficiency can reach 85%;In the same condition, with the CaCl2 added into lime slurry,the SO2 removal efficiency can reach 90%. The mechanism analysis of desulphurization process was also studied and the method to increase ion reaction time was introduced. Figs 6 and refs 7
