摘　　要：目的　探讨针对陈旧性腕舟骨骨折的系统康复治疗方法及其疗效分析。方法　将 66例患者随机分为康复组 ( 3 6例 )及对照组 ( 3 0例 )。康复组按照系统、科学的康复程序进行康复预防及训练 ,而对照组患者则在骨愈合后 ,指导其进行功能锻炼。 2组患者定期复查X线片以观察其骨折愈合时间。采用MayoClinic腕关节评分系统进行腕关节功能评价。结果　康复组与对照组的骨愈合时间为 9.1± 2 .0周vs 12 .2±2 .4周 ,腕关节功能恢复优良率为 97.1%vs 70 .0 % ,2组上述指标间差异均有极显著性意义 (均P <0 .0 1)。结论　全程。Objective To study the methods and effects of the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for old scaphoid fracture. Methods Sixty six patients with scaphoid fracture were randomly divided into two groups, a rehabilitation group and a control group. Those in the rehabilitation group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation interventions, while those in the control group were only treated with functional exercise after bone union. The patients of both groups were evaluated by Mayo Clinic wrist function assessment set. In order to observe the fracture healing time, follow up X ray examinations were conducted. Results The fracture healing time of the patients was significantly shorter, and functional recovery better in the rehabilitation group as compared with those of the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention could accelerate the wrist function recovery and bone union.
