刺五加注射液合用低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨刺五加注射液、低分子肝素合用对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法　不稳定型心绞痛患者共 10 6例 ,随机分为两组进行治疗。治疗组 62例 ,每日刺五加注射液 40ml,加入 2 5 0ml液体中静脉滴注 ;同时加用低分子肝素 410 0U腹壁皮下注射 ,1次 / 12h。对照组 44例 ,硝酸甘油 10mg加入 2 5 0ml液体中静脉滴注 ;两组均为 14天一疗程。结果　治疗组治疗心绞痛的总有效率 95 1% ,对照组 95 4%。治疗组治疗后缺血性ST T变化明显改善。心电图疗效达5 9 67%。与对照组相比 ,差异无显著性。两组均无明显不良反应。结论　刺五加注射液合用低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切、安全、无明显毒副作用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Acanthopanax Senticosus Injection(ASI)in combination with low molecular weigh Heparin(LMWH)on unstable-angina-pectorisMethods 106 cases of unstable-angina-pectoris were randomly divided into tow groupsThe treatment group had 62 cases who received intraveneus drip of 250ml liquid including 40ml ASI everyday and hypodermiced 4100U LMWH per 12hours in abdomanThe control group had 44 cases with intravenous drip of 250ml liquid including 10mg nitroglycerineThe period of treatment of two groups were 14 daysResults The total effective rates were 95.1% in the treatment group and 954% was in the control group The changes of ST-T segment were be improved obviously in the treatment groupThe curative efficiency of electrocardiogram was 5967%Compared between two groups,the discrepancy was not significant,and there was no obvious side-effectConclusion ASI and LMWH are effective and safe to treat unstable angina pectoris and has no side-effect
